Green Tea Ice Cream |
Plumeria blossoms, Kauai HI |
1/2 c. sugar |
Heat milk. Stir in matcha powder until dissolved. Chill. Mix all other ingredients and chill 2 to 3 hours. Pour chilled milk mixture through a fine sieve into the rest of the ingredients and stir. Pour into ice cream maker. Process as directed until soft ice cream forms. Scrape into container and cover surface with plastic wrap. Freeze.
